About Jonathan
Jonathan M. Leath is proudly a multifaceted leader. He currently juggles his roles as a CEO and life coach at Leath & Associates and as a co-pastor of Converge Church (a multigenerational and multiethnic organization in Moorestown, New Jersey).
He also serves as the executive director of DiscoverHOPE CDC—a leadership and development organization that provides the youth with opportunities to develop their character and instill the value of integrity in them.
Jonathan authored and published a book entitled “YOLO You Only Lead One: 8 Principles for Leading Yourself Before You Lead Others.” It contains strategies to help emerging leaders discipline themselves first before they assume the role of a head in their respective organizations.

Jonathan’s admirable leadership skills are backed by years of training and his stellar academic record. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at North Carolina A&T State University, then pursued his Master’s Degree in Science in Organizational Leadership at Cairn University (formerly known as the Philadelphia Biblical University.)
He, later on, took up the Minister’s Program at Howard University School of Business Executive Leadership and received a certificate of completion. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University.
Despite his busy schedule, Jonathan never forgets to give time for his personal life and family. He and his wife, Kamili, have been happily living with their only daughter and three sons in their humble home in Moorestown, New Jersey.
